Do I need Shopify Plus or a specific plan?
No. Cotiza works on any Shopify plan. Draft order conversion uses Shopify's standard Admin API — it isn't a Plus-only feature.
Will this change my storefront or checkout?
No. Cotiza is a separate quoting workflow inside your admin — it never touches your storefront. When a client accepts a quote, it becomes a normal Shopify draft order you process however you already do.
What does my client actually see?
Just their quote, on a private link only they have — the line items, total, and an accept/decline button. No account or login, and no visibility into your other quotes or store pricing.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial, so you can send a real quote through online approval and draft-order conversion before you're charged anything.
Does it support other currencies or languages?
Yes. Quotes, PDFs, and the client approval page work in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch — set a store default and override it per quote. They support the same currencies as your Shopify store.
What happens to my quotes if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing quotes stay exactly as they are — you just drop back to the Free plan's limits, so new quotes are capped at 3/month until you resubscribe.
Can my whole team use it, or just one login?
Cotiza runs on your Shopify staff accounts, so anyone with admin access to your store can create and manage quotes — no separate logins or per-seat pricing.
Is my client's data secure?
Yes. Each shared quote link uses a long, random token that can't be guessed, and a client only ever sees their own quote — never your other quotes, clients, or storefront pricing.
